Sequoia Traductions was founded by Marie-Pierre VIC

Graduate of a Business School with Languages and French Chartered Accountant Diplomas, her professional career began with KPMG Audit Paris and continued in the Finance Departments of various multinational groups: PUBLICIS communication group, ENGELHARD CLAL group (Franco-American joint venture, subsidiary of FIMALAC and Engelhard Corp., specialised in precious metals metallurgy), AUTOCONTACT group (service provider for the world’s major car manufacturers), which she assisted in its European expansion.
Her professional career has led her to head various Finance and Legal Departments in an international context with use of both English and Spanish on a daily basis.

With first-hand experience of the difficulties encountered by global operators caused by the multiplicity of languages, cultures and regulations within their own organisations as well as in their relations with third parties, she soon realised the vital importance of translation in these technical fields and the necessity to be able to call upon the services of accurate and reliable partners.

She therefore wished to make her own experience available to companies and organisations faced with these problems by starting up a specialised and reactive translation agency.

• Sequoia Traductions has concluded partnership contracts for the languages it proposes for translation with a network of native professionals established all over Europe (France, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, Benelux and Portugal) and in the United States, all of whom are specialists in their respective fields (banking, finance and law among others).
